On 28 May 2022, the Government issued Decree 35/2022/ND-CP on management of industrial parks and economic zones (Decree 35). Decree 35 will take effect as of 15 July 2022 in place of Decree 82/2018/ND-CP. This Decree consists of 08 Chapters with 76 Articles, stipulating: Construction direction, development plan for the system of industrial parks and economic zones; infrastructure investment, establishment, operation, development policies and state management of industrial parks and economic zones.
